Arizona is on sale!  Although a few negativists predict the market will take another wallop, most agree that December was a good month in Arizona, and although prices are still going down, the will continue down like a feather, not a brick.  If you have any desire to upgrade your home in Arizona, move to Arizona or buy an investment property, now could be the buying opportunity of your lifetime.

21% of single family homes have notice of trustee sales since the beginning of 2006.  Just over 1 in 8 homes have actually been foreclosed on.  While there is more demand, prices typically lag behind in the cycles and will probably continue down a bit.

Scottsdale   $479.311 with an average cost per square foot of $166.43

Paradise Valley  $1,449,069 with an average cost per square foot of $289.76
